AI and Academic Integrity Workshop

جانب من ورشة عمل الذكاء الاصطناعي والنزاهة الأكاديمية التي قدّمها قسم الدراسات التربوية والإنسانية بجامعة التقنية والعلوم التطبيقية بمسندم، والتي تهدف إلى تعزيز الوعي بالاستخدام الأخلاقي والمسؤول لأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في البحث العلمي والبيئة الأكاديمية. وتناولت الورشة أبرز استراتيجيات الجامعات في مواجهة الغش المدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي، إضافة إلى مناقشة تأثير الذكاء الاصطناعي على النزاهة الأكاديمية وتنمية مهارات التفكير النقدي. 

A glimpse from the AI and Academic Integrity Workshop delivered by the Department of Educational and Human Studies at UTAS–Musandam. The workshop aimed to promote awareness of the ethical and responsible use of AI tools in scientific research and academic environments. It also addressed key university strategies for combating AI-assisted cheating, in addition to discussing the impact of artificial intelligence on academic integrity and the development of critical thinking skills.
