College of Economics and Business Administration at UTAS-Ibra organized a Graduation Project Orientation for HRM and Accounting students on September 16, 2025, at 12:00 PM in BS125. The session was facilitated by Dr. Edukondala Rao Jetti, who guided students through a structured approach to their research journey. The presentation highlighted essential areas including the significance of research, topic approval procedures, research proposal format, plagiarism guidelines, student-supervisor responsibilities, attendance expectations, assessment criteria, and key deadlines. Students received practical guidance on submitting research topics, drafting proposals, complying with plagiarism limits, and attending regular supervision meetings. The orientation underscored research as a vital skill that builds employability and analytical competence. The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, giving students the opportunity to address queries and gain clearer insights into the research process.
