Workshop on  “Institutional Ejada incentive pathways for 2025”

Staff Development Committee of IT Department under the College of Computing and Information Sciences organized a workshop titled “Institutional Ejada Incentive Pathways for 2025” on Tuesday, 09 September 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at IT105.

The session was facilitated by internal resource persons: Dr. G.B. Suresh, Ms. Maia Salim Sultan Al-Hajri, and Ms. Jaishree Devi, Lecturer (CCIS). The workshop provided valuable insights into the Ejada Incentive Pathways, a national framework designed to measure and enhance employee performance, ultimately improving efficiency and quality within organizational units in line with Oman Vision 2040.

In conclusion, the system aims to foster a culture of excellence, enhance the quality of employee services, reward outstanding performance and create a more responsive and supportive work environment.
