Online Workshop on EJADA Program

College of Computing and Information Sciences

The staff development committee working under the Information Technology department organized a workshop titled " EJADA Program” on 2nd May 2024, Thursday between 02:00 PM to 03:00 PM for IT department staff members.

Welcome remark of the speaker was represented by Dr. Arul Kumar Natarajan – Member SDC. The resource person was Ms. Marwa Said Amur Al-Khuitari, Lecturer, Department of IT, UTAS IBRA.

The workshop was very informative. It gives an insight about performance appraisal systems through the governance / evaluation of the individual performance of the employee and comparing his performance with the main objectives / indicators of the unit.
