Mastering the Art of Publishing in Top Tier Journals

                The Business Department’s Research Team in collaboration with Staff Development Committee conducted a workshop on September 12, 2024, at 11:00 AM at BS132 to help staff navigate the complexities of academic publishing process in high impact journals.

                Dr. Preeti Bashkar started the workshop by asking participants about the challenges they face with research paper publication particularly with top tier journals. “These journals set rigorous standards which are often difficult to achieve, most papers are rejected leading to frustrations and negative emotions” she added. She underscored the key guidelines for preparing and submitting manuscripts to journals debugging the myths around publishing.

                The session concluded with an open forum and sharing of experiences with research paper publications of the staff. Mastering the art of publishing in top tier journals not only improve the chances of getting published but also helps researchers boost their academic profiles and make a lasting impact in their fields.
