The aim of this program is to produce skilled information systems graduate who apply technical knowledge and skills to support business organizations in achieving their mission.

 

 

Information systems program will produce the graduates to:

 

  •  Prepare students to become Information Systems users in the business environment.
  •  Prepare students to become skilled in analyzing and designing range of Information systems.
  •  Equip students with fundamental skills, such as, interpersonal, communication and team building skills to be able to deal with people in business environment.

 

Upon completion of the program, the graduates will be able to:

 

  •  Apply knowledge and skills in information systems in a workplace environment.
  •  Apply knowledge and skills of analysing and designing information systems aligned with business needs.
  •  Identify key business concepts and their implications for information systems development as well as implementation activities of an organization.
  •  Design software applications using different technologies.
  •  Use teamwork communication skills effectively.
  •  Comply with ethical, security, and social responsibilities.
