I am pleased to welcome you to the University branch at Nizwa, one of the branches of the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS). The branch extends its mission, vision, and values from the University's Strategic Plan of 2022-2025 to build the Omani competencies to accordingly form a bright sign in the process of learning and education and contribute to the construction and development process within the Omani civilization model that is consistent with the wise vision of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq.

The branch is keen to harness all human and material capabilities in preparing students affiliated with it scientifically, morally, cognitively and skillfully through a scientific curriculum that is designed in the light of local and international academic standards, as well as strengthening the skill side of the students through various students' activities, forums and training programs that take into account different desires, and in line with the multiplicity of trends. The branch has received many awards in various academic events, competitions, and student activities.
