Session titled "Policy Management System

The College of Economics and Business Administration (CEBA) at UTAS held a staff development session titled "Policy Management System (PMS) at UTAS" in Room B-002. The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Pavan Kumar, Chairperson of the Quality Assurance Committee, and coordinated by Dr. Mohammed Nazeer Ahmed from the Staff Development Committee.

The session introduced the Policy Management System framework, highlighting its role in developing, approving, and reviewing university policies. Mr. Kumar also presented the newly formed PMS Development Committee and outlined the stages of policy governance.

Participants welcomed the session, recognizing the value of structured policy management in supporting institutional excellence.
