Awareness Program, Fall Semester, 2024

On October 1, 2024, the Preparatory Study Centre (PSC) at UTAS Muscat hosted an awareness program organized by the English Society. This initiative aimed to inform both new and returning students about the various facilities available at the Centre.

Participating committees included the English Society, Self-Access Center (SAC), Free Access Lab, Learning Support, Risk, Health & Safety (RHS), Continuous Education & Community Service (CECS), Students Council, PSC student Organizers and the Korean Club. Attendees were provided with detailed information about the Centre's resources and had the opportunity to register for their areas of interest.

Dr. Anood Al Shibli, the acting Head of the PSC, graced the event with her presence and encouraged students to take full advantage of the facilities offered. The event was well-attended by both students and staff, who engaged with the organizers to learn more about the various committees and resources available to them.

This program reflects our commitment to fostering an informed and supportive learning environment for all students at UTAS Muscat.
