Workshop on “EJADA”

The staff development committee working under the College of Computing and Information Sciences organized a workshop under the title “EJADA” on Tuesday, 24-12-2024 between 12:00 PM to 01.00 PM.

 The resource person was Ms. Marwa Said Amur Al Khuitari, Lecturer IT-Department, UTAS – IBRA.

The workshop was very interactive and Informative, The Individual Performance Appraisal System (EJADA) seeks to establish the necessary tools and standards to create a culture of excellence in job performance; improve performance appraisal systems, aiming to achieve performance governance and support the extra efforts of the employees and improve poor performance.

The speaker was honored by providing appreciation certificate from the department by Mr. Antonio Rutaf Manalang, Section Head.

The workshop was an eye-opening session to all our IT Staff members.
