Report on Leadership Skills(Workshop)

Department of Economics and Business Administration

The Student Departmental Society, in collaboration with the Department of Economics and Business Administration (DEBA), UTAS–Ibra, successfully conducted a “Leadership Skills” Workshop on 12 May 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM as part of its continuous efforts to enhance student development and bridge identified skill gaps.

The workshop was designed to strengthen essential leadership competencies among students, including communication, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, and confidence-building. The session provided students with valuable practical insights and interactive learning experiences aimed at preparing them for academic, professional, and future leadership roles.
