The staff development committee working under the College of Computing and Information Sciences organized a workshop titled “Academic Advising Study Plan Tracking” on Thursday, 13-02-2025 , 02.00 PM to 03.00 PM.

 The resource person was Ms. Malika Banu Basheer Ahmed, CCIS Registrar, UTAS – IBRA. 
The event was very interactive and Informative, the workshop highlighted the importance of on-time graduation, focusing on the development of personalized study plans and tracking systems for each Advisee. This approach ensures that Advisees do not exceed the maximum duration of their studies. Standard templates for study plans and tracking progress in Excel format were shared during the session. Participants were encouraged to contribute their input to create a standardized format for the CCIS to effectively monitor Advisee progress.
