It is a privilege and an honour to be in an outstanding institution such as the University of Technology and Applied Sciences-Salalah where innovation, engagement, and digital transformation support its responsibility to produce competent and competitive graduates.

We recognize our responsibility in keeping with and in support of the national priorities identified under the Oman Vision 2040 and we recognize the importance for our institution keeping at pace with the major global developments as a result of technology and industrial revolution.

This academic year, UTAS -Salalah College of Technology has developed and progressed significantly evident in the various institutional accomplishments that we have gained so far which were made possib le by the culmination of efforts of our staff and students. We can all take pride in our collective achievements which have positioned us as one of the leading higher education institutions in the country.

Our close relationship with the public and private sectors has always been one of our strengths that we continue to be proud of. This close tie has yielded a number of collaborative agreements and MoUs such as with OQ group, Huawei, Hawthorn Muscat and others that all aim to benefit our students, our staff, and our institution as a whole.
