The Pharmacy Department at the University of Technology and Applied Sciences in Muscat participated in a spectacular fashion in the World Pharmacy Day, by invitation from Director of medical supply – Ministry of Health. The event attended by various leading healthcare institutions in the Muscat Governorate and colleges of pharmacy. This remarkable event took place in the vibrant surroundings of Al Mouj on Thursday, September 28, 2023. In an atmosphere filled with passion and dedication, the department also contributed to the celebration of the World Pharmacy Day in collaboration with Sohar Hospital on Friday, September 29, 2023, where everyone enjoyed a distinctive experience at Oasis Mall in Sohar. These collective and inspiring efforts reflect the commitment and excellence in the field of pharmacy, embodying the strong cooperation between the university and healthcare institutions in enhancing community health and raising awareness about the role of pharmacists in improving the quality of life and patience care.
