The Training and Career Guidance Center at Rustaq College of Education qualifies students and equips them with many skills required by the job market through many programs and training workshops that serve their career path, especially the skills required in the educational field. The center also works directly with various education sectors to provide appropriate training opportunities for future teachers through supervising the practical field education program for college students in cooperation with the Department of Educational Studies. Also, the center participates in implementing a number of meetings, conferences, and exhibitions in cooperation with various educational and governmental institutions and prepares and implements specialized exhibitions such as the Specializations Exhibition that aimed at marketing and promoting the academic programs and specializations available at the college, to attract college students and school students in the governorate. The Training and Career Guidance Center also aims to enhance continuous communication with graduates through graduate forums organized by the university and hosting college graduates to transfer the essence of their experiences and expertise in their practical life to their fellow students who are still in their studies through the Graduate Experience Program. The center also aims to establish an alumni association during the current academic year to enhance relations and connections between the university and its outputs. Furthermore, the center conducts an annual survey of graduates, which aims to monitor and study the status of graduates after graduation, their job sites, in addition to tracking the career development of the graduate, his transfers, job satisfaction, and continuity in work.
