UTAS Ibra Team Wins Best Research Paper Presentation Award at ICBIT 2025 

The International Conference on Business, IT, and Enterprise Architecture (ICBIT) 2025, organized by the Management Development Institute (MDI) in Murshidabad, India, aimed to foster multidisciplinary discussions on digitalization and business management from both scientific and practitioner perspectives, with a focus on its impact on current enterprises. 

Dr. Preeti Bhaskar, Dr. Padmalosani Dayalan, Dr. Ananth Anthonisamy, and Mr. Mujeebudheen Khan from the University of Technology and Applied Sciences (UTAS) Ibra received the Best Research Paper Presentation Award for their paper titled "How Blockchain Technology Can Promote Sustainable Higher Education in Oman" at ICBIT 2025. The paper explores the potential of blockchain technology in addressing critical challenges within Oman’s higher education system, promoting transparency, efficiency, and sustainability.
