UTAS–Ibra Hosts OCPC 2026: Top Teams Advance to National Finals at SQU

UTAS - Ibra congratulates the outstanding teams that emerged as winners in the OCPC Programming Competition held on April 25, 2026.

Securing first place was Team Syntax Squad from the IT Department, which demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills and teamwork throughout the competition. Coming in second is Team GigaCoder from the Engineering Department of UTAS–Ibra, who impressed judges with their efficiency and technical expertise. Third place was awarded to Team Anything from Al Sharqiya University, showcasing creativity and determination in tackling complex challenges.

Some of the most talented student programmers participated in this year's competition, which promoted creativity, teamwork, and success in computer programming. Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) will host the OCPC National Finals, where the top three teams will compete. They will compete against the top teams in the sultanate while representing their respective universities/colleges.
