CCIS Students at ISACA Muscat Chapter Annual Tech Summit 2025

A delegation of CCIS Students/Staff from UTAS–Ibra was deployed to attend the ISACA Muscat Chapter Annual Tech Summit 2025 held on 18 December 2025 at Intercity Hotel, Al Khuwair, Muscat. The team comprised 12 members (10 students and 2 staff)  to participate in the full-day program (8:30 AM–4:00 PM), including keynote sessions, technical talks and interactive activities focused on digital trust, AI, and cybersecurity.

Students actively took part in the technical quiz activities and successfully won prizes, highlighting the effectiveness of the deployment in supporting student exposure, learning outcomes, and professional body engagement.

Overall, the visit was highly beneficial, and the feedback from both students and staff was excellent.
